About Blast email campaigns

Blast email campaigns allow you to create branded, multi‑section marketing emails that pull together different types of content—such as messages, images, property listings, and custom HTML. Each campaign is built from a combination of sections that you control, giving you flexibility over layout, ordering, styling, and the type of content shown to your audience.

A Blast is made of blocks or tiles, each serving its own purpose. You can enable or disable these blocks depending on the information you want to include.

Important: Avoid changing Theme Settings unless you are familiar with HTML. Assistance to undo styling changes may incur a cost.

Sections and layout

Every Blast is structured using sections, and each section can be customised to match your preferred design and message flow.

Sections are flexible and can include titles, images, text, or listings. You can rearrange their order, adjust their presentation style.

Two layout formats are available for most sections:

  • Tower layout - displays an image above the text
  • Banner layout - displays an image beside the text

You can also manually control the sort order within a section, allowing you to fine‑tune how listings or blocks appear to your recipients.

Note: A section will only appear in the final Blast if it contains content. If nothing is added, that section is automatically excluded.

The layout you choose helps guide how your readers consume your content, whether you want strong visual emphasis, a clean text layout, or a structured property showcase.

Property and listing sections

Property‑driven sections allow you to feature listings from specific categories in your Blast. These blocks are automatically populated from your system’s property database, and the content shown depends on your current listing activity.

Each section represents a different type of listing, giving you fine‑grained control over how properties are grouped and displayed:

  • Buildings / Projects - Allows you to choose from a list of all your current building/project listings.  Enter a date to determine how far back you want to go, this is based on the date listed
  • Feature Properties - Displays properties marked as Feature Property 1, 2, or 3 in Listing Information
  • Current Sales Listings - Allows you to choose from a list of all your current listings.  Enter a date to determine how far back you want to go, this is based on the date listed
  • Sold Sales Listings - Allows you to choose from a list of all your Sold listings
Note: If a sold listing does not appear, ensure an Actual Unconditional Date is entered under Properties > Critical Dates.
  • Private Sales - Allows you to choose from a list of all your current Private Sale/Private Treaty listings.  Enter a date to determine how far back you want to go, this is based on the date listed
  • Forthcoming Auctions - Allows you to choose from a list of all your current Forthcoming Auction listings
  • Open for Inspection - Allows you to choose from a list of all your current listings with upcoming open times
  • Price Change - Allows you to choose from a list of all your current listings that have had the Display Price changed in the last (x) amount of days
  • Current Rental Listings - Allows you to select from current rental listings

Customise your blast with content boxes

Content Box enables you to create custom content and embed URLs. They can be sorted into separate columns and sizes, and can contain images, text and raw html.

The Content Box will give you the ability to add in parts of blast emails that you want to move around.
For example if you want to place the consultant's email signature at the bottom of the blast email rather than at the top, create a content box and place the signature there.
