How it works
Sending an email to multiple contacts allows you to communicate efficiently with a selected audience, such as customers, leads, or partners.
You can use contact filters to define recipients and send either transactional or marketing emails in a single action.
Note: All emails are sent using blind copy (BCC) to protect contact privacy.
Send an email to multiple contacts
To send an email to multiple contacts:
- Go to: Contacts
- Enter or apply the relevant Filter Criteria
- Review the filtered results to ensure they match your intended audience
- Tick the checkbox at the top of the contact list to select all contacts currently displayed
- Click the Email icon
- Toggle whether the email is Marketing or Transactional
- Review the To field to see selected contacts
Note: Contacts without email permission appear in red and will not receive the email.
- Enter the Subject
- Enter your message in the Body field
- Tick Send later or Click Send
Note: Marketing emails will only be sent to contacts who have explicitly opted in.
Cancel a scheduled email
If you need to cancel a scheduled email, you can remove it from the contact timeline.
To remove a scheduled email:
- Go to: Contacts
- Select the relevant contact
- In the contact timeline, click the ellipsis (⋯) next to the scheduled email
- Click Remove activity
- Click Yes to confirm
This will remove the scheduled email from the contact timeline and prevent it from being sent.
