About file attachments in blast emails

Blast emails do not support attaching documents directly to an email. This ensures higher deliverability and prevents large attachments from being blocked by email servers. However, you can still share your files with recipients by using an image or a hosted file link inside a Content Box.

Insert an image instead of an attachment

If your file can be saved as an image (e.g., PNG or JPG), you can upload it directly into your Blast.

To insert an image:

• Click inside the Content Box
• Select the Insert/edit image button

• Drag and drop one image into the popup, or click the popup to browse

• Adjust the pixel size if needed

• Click Insert Image to add it to your email

Add a download link to an online file

If your file is not an image (e.g., PDF, DOCX, video), you can host it online and provide a clickable download link.

Common hosting options include:

• Dropbox
• Google Drive
• TinyUpload
• SaberCat
• Any cloud storage or document hosting service

To add a link to text:

• Highlight the text or image you want to link
• Click the Insert/edit link button

• Enter the URL
• Enter a Tile
• Select Target to New window

• Click OK to apply the link

To add a link to an image:

• Click the image to highlight it
• Click the Insert/edit link button
• Enter the URL of your hosted file

• Click Save
