Letterhead Templates
This is a new feature that allows multi-state networks to configure multiple headers and footers to use for account sales.
Once created, you can select which header to use by going to Account Sale>Print>Customisable - This will allow you to choose which headers you would like to use per Account Sale print.
Users can now delete Advertising Receipt items. Editing and saving items no longer results in a blank screen.
Appraisal Report
The ‘Appraisal Points’ report, located in `Contacts>Library>Appraisal(Points)`, now includes cancelled appraisals.Appointments made directly into the Box+Dice calendar (not via the sidebar) now generate email invitations so they sync correctly with iCal & Outlook.
Off-Market - Domain Portals
‘Off-Market’ is not a status that is accepted or recognised by Domain.com.au, or any other portal that utilises the domain XML format.
We have amended the system to to prevent Domain portals from being set to ‘off-market’. If a user is selecting an individual portal, this status will no longer exists next to Domain type portals.
If the user is bulk uploading properties and selects off-market as a bulk status, all portals except Domain types will be changed and a warning message will appear informing the user that the status is not applicable to Domain, and that they will have to amend these individually.
Advertising Packs
Two changes to the ordering of advertising items in Box+Dice.
- Items for Packaged Advertising are ordered by date added to the package.
- Items in Advertising Templates are also ordered by date added to the template.
This was developed to remove the ambiguity over the existing sort order method. The old sort order was using database key ids to sort and ignoring the descriptions.
- Removed the ‘Chrome preferred’ warning when using Box+Dice in Chrome on tablet.
- Fixed issue with viewing contacts on the buyer register if not submitted consultant.
- Fixed issue with vendor appear numerous times on appraisals.
- eBlasts ‘sent date’ no longer based on ‘updated at’ timestamp. Sent dates will no longer change.
- File extensions no longer affected by full stops.
- ‘Max Overdue Tasks’ auto-alert now working.
- ‘Only Absentee Owners’ check-box now stays selected after initial search.
- Minor issue resolved when creating an account sale after receipting advertising without processing advertising payments.
