About email blast reports

Email blast reports provide a full overview of every blast you have already sent, including who received it, how recipients interacted with it, and the overall performance of the campaign. These reports help you understand engagement through key statistics such as opens, clicks, unsubscribes, and delivery results.

View sent blast reports

You can view previously sent blasts at any time from the Sent tab in the Blast area.

To view sent blast:

  • Go to: Contacts
  • Tick the checkbox next to a contact
  • Click Email Blast > New Blast at the top of the screen

The Blast area will open on the Drafts tab by default.

  • Click Sent
  • Browse the list of sent Blasts
Note: If you are an admin user, you may need to filter by Sender’s Name to find the correct blast.
  • Click the blast you want to view

The email blast statistics will appear on the right side of the screen, including:

  • Opened - The number of recipients who opened your email
  • Clicked - How many people clicked a link in the email
  • Unsubscribed - How many recipients chose to unsubscribe from future emails
  • Failed - Emails that couldn’t be delivered due to invalid or unreachable addresses
  • Bounced - Emails temporarily rejected by the recipient’s mail server (e.g., inbox full)
  • Delivered - Emails successfully delivered to recipients’ servers
  • Not Opened - Emails that were delivered but never opened
  • Dropped - Emails the system didn’t send because they were known to fail (e.g., invalid or unsubscribed contacts)

Export recipient activity

You can export detailed engagement information to identify who opened, clicked, or unsubscribed from your email.

To export engagement:

  • Locate the section you want to export, such as:

    • Unsubscribes
    • Failed Emails

  • Click Export next to the relevant category

This will generate a file containing the contacts who performed each action.
