New Listing Information Screen

The Listing Information screen has been rebuilt to make it easier to use!
- It includes some new features:

All date fields can now be entered using your keyboard if you prefer.
Please use the format dd/mm/yyyy.
The date picker is still available too. -
You no longer need to calculate Authority Expiry Date!
Just enter the Date Listed, and when you get to the Authority Expiry Date field type ‘in xx days’. When you exit the field, the date xx days after Date Listed will be shown.
- Chattels, Listing Description and Listing Notes have been moved to the Listing Detail screen. They now behave the same way as Inspection Details and Tenant Details. All existing notes have been moved to the new location for you.
- We’ve also added the ability to edit Listing Notes in the Listing Details screen.
- The new screen does not support "Hide ,000s"; this is being phased out with the old screen.
- Date fields in the Add/Edit Appraisal screen also now accept keyboard entries, in line with the Listing Information screen.
- Hide ,000s is no longer New Auto Alert Trigger added - Buyer Deleted from Buyer Register.
- Contacts Filter screen now sends bulk SMS to only those contacts ticked.
- Sales Voucher deposit values are now reflected correctly in Library merge letters.
- Sidebar navigation now works correctly when calendar displayed in main frame.
- Issue with Contacts in the Mobile category not syncing to iOS devices is resolved.
- Search logic is now consistent between Contact Filter screen and Advanced Contact screen when searching by email address.
- GST is now configurable on a per office basis to allow for international offices.
- Changing a Contact’s residential address no longer creates a duplicate ownership activity.
- Ingesta now populates the imported Contact’s Attention field as [first initial]. [surname] - eg/ J. Smith.
- Add Contact via Create Appraisal or Create Relationship screens now populates the Contact’s Attention field as [first initial]. [surname] - eg/ J. Smith.
- Ingesta autoreplies now come from Listing Consultant 1 by default.
- There was an issue with hyphens in property suburbs being removed on saving the Property. This affected only systems where Suburb Caps Lock is On in Settings, and has now been resolved.
- In Property Advanced features, it is now possible to remove a Property from a Zone by clicking on the Zone name.
- In the Sales Voucher Commission Screen, Office Splits now update correctly in line with changes Commission Consultants.

When AVM (Automated Valuation Model) data is unavailable from RP Data via Property Data Integration, the system no longer shows a ‘wheel’, attempting to retrieve the data. A message will appear at the top right corner of the Box+Dice screen:
This message has been returned direct from RP Data and usually means that Estimated Value Range and Confidence are unavailable when the property is Land. -
Emails sent from Box+Dice now use the following format for the Sender’s details:
FirstName Surname <email@domain.com.au>
eg/ Bob Jones <bob@jones.com>
This change affects emails, eAlerts & Blasts. - Sent SMS messages no longer include backslashes before each apostrophe in the in the contact history & confirmation screen.
- Matching on Buying Criteria now ignores Properties with unspecified fields. For example, if the Buyer’s Criteria specifies 4 bedrooms, properties with bedrooms will no longer be shown.
- When changing a Staff member from Access Level NONE to some other Access Level, you are now prompted to add a password.

Admin-level users have a new option under Settings>CRM called Owner of Residential Property.
Use this setting to control whether this box is ticked or unticked by default when adding a residential address against a Contact.
- Fixed a display glitch when editing an Owner activity - only one version of the activity is now displayed.
- Property Sub category ‘Lifestyle’ is now available to New Zealand offices.
