Overview

If your blast email is missing listing images, the cause is usually that images were added only to the Property record not the Listing itself. Blasts pull images directly from the Listing, so you need to ensure the correct photos are uploaded there.

Add images to the listing

Make sure the photos are added to the Listing record under Sales Listings, not the Property.

To add images to the listing record:

  • Go to: Properties
  • Search for and open the Listing you’re working with
  • Ensure Sales Listing is selected on the timeline
  • Click Show Photos
  • Upload your images in JPG format

Once the correct listing images have been uploaded, you need to rebuild your Blast so the images update.

Note: Images uploaded to the Property do not transfer automatically to the Listing. They must be added directly to the listing for the blast to display them.
