Advertising
- Two extra actions are now recorded in the System Logs:
- Deletion of an item from an Advertising Schedule, and
- Clicking the ‘Update Register’ button.
Blast Email
- Added a confirmation popup after unsubscribe is clicked to be sure that a human is opting out, not a bot or firewall.
Commissions
- Default retainer can now be saved for each Staff member under Staff Card>Personal Details. This flows through to the Staff Commission screen, but can be overwritten if there’s a variation.
CSV Import
- Several minor improvements made to the CSV import functionality.
- Removed the need to click twice on ‘Attach from Property Files’ when adding an attachment to an email.
Email & Template Editor
- The Email & Template Editor has been upgraded!
- It is simpler to use, nicer to look at, and has resolved the issue with random symbols appearing intermittently in eAlert & Library templates and signatures.
- To reduce steps when adding images, you no longer need to upload them to Box+Dice before you can add them to your template/signature/email etc. Files can be selected directly from your computer, network, Dropbox etc.
- As a result of this upgrade you no longer need a 'library' of images stored in Box+Dice.
- The image repository in Box+Dice will be retired at the end of September 2014.
- Until then, you can click on ‘Use the Old Version’ to switch and access your previously stored files.
Library
- A new merge field 'Estimated Campaign Cost' has been added to the Listings Library.
Listings
- The Block and Section fields from Property details can now be used for filtering and reporting on Listings.
- To filter/search, enter the Block and/or Section under Property Features.
- To view the Block and Section columns in the Listing Search screen, go to Settings and drag them from the ‘Available’ to the ‘Selected’ list.
- In the Sales & Rentals Listing Search screens, all dropdowns that have multi-select options now have ‘All’ and ‘None’ buttons
Portal Loading
- Scrollbar added to the portal loading screen so that a long list of portals is not hidden by the Logs and Upload buttons.
Tasks
- A redundant Save button has been removed from the Task Manager.
Trust Accounting
- Reconciliation & End of Month reports now open in Word without error.
- Statement Detailed (including zero balance) now suppresses ‘Other’ ledgers with a zero balance.
