Ai BDM Lead Detection
We’ve introduced a new Beta feature that uses AI to help Rental BDMs identify landlord prospects from listing enquiries. When enabled, the system scans enquiries, removes personal details, and uses AI to detect if it’s likely from a landlord. If so, the contact is added to a special Ai BDM Leads list in Lead Flow and assigned to your office’s default BDM consultant. This feature needs to be enabled by a Box and Dice Support team member, so if you would like the try it out, please speak to them.
Enhanced Outlook Integration
We have enhanced our Outlook integration. You can now draft and 'Send' emails from within Box and Dice, but they will be delivered via your integrated Outlook account. If you are having issues with deliverability and/or emails are landing in a Contacts spam folder, configuring emails to be sent from Outlook may help with this.
On your Staff Profile, click the 'Link Account' button, select 'Microsoft Office 365' and then select 'Send emails from linked account'. Emails will still display on the Contact timeline but be dispatched by your Outlook client.
For clients who use 'RedHQ' as their Media Vendor and their SOI module, with our new Office setting option called "Sync Default for Statement of Information - Download from Media Vendor", your team no longer need to spend time manually downloading a SOI file and then uploading it into B+D, or run the risk of forgetting this crucial compliance step.
Once this feature is enabled, please manage your SOIs within RedHQ's platform. If there is a conflict with an existing SOI that has a different file name, the file provided via the MVI will replace the old file.
Things We’ve Improved
New filters on the Contact Timeline. You can now filter your Contact Timeline to include or exclude marketing emails and SMS messages. This makes it easier to focus on the communications most relevant to your current task.
Send emails and SMS from the Call Sheet. It's now easier to send emails and SMS' (including using templates) from the Call Sheet for Appraisal and BDM Leads. We have added a Communications section, and clicking the Send Email and Send SMS buttons opens up the send modals witin the Call Sheet, allowing you to communicate with your lead and then take the next action without needing to navigate to different screens:
Set the 'Note Type' for Buyer notes. You can now assign a 'Note Type' when creating a Buyer Note. This is especially useful if you use Agora Insights and track activity using the 'Phone Note' type—Buyer Notes will now be included in those call metrics.
Attach supporting documents to advertising authority adjustments. PDF files can now be uploaded when entering or updating the advertising authority. This option enhances each authorisation record, and also allows sharing of required files to integrated partners such as Rello to fully automate initial and subsequent funding requests.
Exporting to Word or CSV from the Rentals screen. Exporting to CSV/Word is now possible from rental listings and rental appraisal search screens, enhancing user experience.
