MRI Box and Dice MRI Box and Dice

Version 8.11 of the Box and Dice web app has been released to Beta clients.  

You can check your version below the 'Help Centre' icon in the bottom left corner of your Box and Dice System.

Things We’ve Made

Automated Access Restriction

Administrators can now configure a safeguard to automatically log out a user if they access too many search results within a short period. This helps prevent staff from paginating through large volumes of Contact, Appraisal, Rental, or Sales data and copying it outside of Box and Dice.

Once the restriction is triggered, an administrator will need to manually restore the user’s access.

To configure this feature, go to Settings > CRM > Data Theft Restrictions.

A new 'Purchase Anniversary' Reason to Call Notification

A new Reason to Call notification has been introduced for Purchase Anniversaries. You’ll now be automatically informed when a Contact, who was a past purchaser, reaches this milestone - with the notification visible on both your Dashboard and your Contact Board View. This presents an ideal opportunity for you to re-engage with the Contact when prospecting. 

Purchaser and Solicitor Columns and Filters on the Sales Search Screen

You can now view and filter listings by Purchaser Solicitor and Vendor Solicitor on the Sales Search screen. These new filters make it easier to identify listings associated with specific solicitors. Additionally Purchaser Solicitor and Vendor Solicitor are now available as columns in the Table view. 

Listing Task Templates

You can now create Listing Task Templates and apply them to a Sales Appraisal or Listing. This lets you set up a predefined checklist of tasks to help your team stay on track throughout the sales process.

To make it easier to distinguish between different sets of tasks, you can now also assign a colour to each Task Template.

 

Things We’ve Improved

  • When closing a task, if no future tasks exist for the Contact, you’ll be given the option to create a new task to ensure continued engagement.
  • Buyer Leads can now be sorted by 'Source', allowing you to work through a list of buyers based on where they originated.

Things We've Fixed

  • The Printer Friendly Blast report now prints in full.

  • Enhancements to our Agent App, to extend prospecting tools to mobile devices
  • A Listing File Approval and Expiry process, to help maintain SOI Compliance
  • Compliance Listing Workflows, including Task enhancements and a Listing Board View
  • A new Drag and Drop email template editor/builder
  • Online Vendor Report, giving vendors real-time insights
  • API enhancements, to open B+D to more integration partners
  • Security enhancements and data theft features
