Things We’ve Made
Online Vendor Report
We’ve built a new Online Vendor Report, similar to the existing Advanced Vendor Report, but with real-time updates and it is available online.
You can publish the report and share it with your vendor once, allowing them access to up-to-date information on key stats, buyer activity, contracts sent, and offers via a URL that is included in an automatic email that is sent. Any time a buyer is added, an activity has taken place or you make an update to the report, this will be automatically reflected in the vendor report, saving you the need to resend it.
For security, vendors access their report using a One Time Password (OTP).
The report is optimised for both desktop and mobile, giving your vendors a clear and convenient view of their property’s progress anytime, anywhere.
You can configure the Online Vendor report by navigating to Settings > Listings > Online Vendor Report. To use the report you need to enable it first.

Listing Tags
You can now create and apply Listing Tags, just like Property Tags, but applicable to a Sales or Rental Listing, to help you better organise and manage your listings.
Listing Tags include colour coding, making it easy to identify and group listings at a glance. You can use them however you like, for example, to track compliance status or highlight specific listing types.
With Listing Tags you can:
Create a 'Board view' to help track and manage various listings with different Listing Tags applied. The drop and drag functionality allows you to update the Listing Tags as you move around listing card.
You can filter by Listing Tags on the Listing Search screen to quickly find all listings with the same tag.

Things We’ve Improved
The 'Delete Appraisal' ACL, which gives a user the access to delete appraisals from your system, has expanded so that now you can give users the ability to delete any appraisal in your system, or delete an appraisal only from their own or authorised offices.
We have added ACL's to prevent users from deleting or editing Email Designer (Blast 2.0) templates that have been created by other users.
