About Bulk Emailing

Box and Dice allows you to send emails to multiple contacts directly from the Contact Search screen.

You can define your recipient list, compose your message, and choose whether the email is marketing or transactional.

System administrators can also set limits on the number of contacts consultants can email at once.

Send an Email to Multiple Contacts

To email multiple contacts:

• Click Contacts in the sidebar
• Define your recipient list using the Filter Criteria
• Tick the checkbox at the top of the list to select all contacts
• Click the Email icon

• Toggle whether the email is Marketing or Transactional
• Select the Sender Name (Defaults to you)
• Tick bcc Sender if you want a copy sent to yourself
• Enter the Subject 
• Enter the Email content in the Compose Email screen
• Tick Send Later or 
• Click Send

Remove a Scheduled Email

To cancel a scheduled email:

• Go to: Contacts
• Select the relevant contact

In the Contact Timeline:

• Click the ellipsis (…) next to the scheduled email

• Select Remove Activity

Manage Bulk Email limits

Administrators can control how many contacts a consultant can email at once using the Bulk Contact Email Limit setting.

To configure:

• Go to: Settings > CRM > Email Settings
• Locate Bulk Contact Email Limit
• Enter a value:
  • 0 = No limit
  • Any number up to 99,999 = Maximum contacts per bulk email

• Click Save
