Task Workflows, Linked Actions and Quick Tasks

We have introduced Task Workflows for Sales Listings, designed to help your team stay on track and in control by bringing your sales admin and compliance checklists into Box+Dice. This update allow you to manage your business processes directly within Box+Dice, guiding your team with linked actions that take them exactly where they need to go.

Task Workflows lets you combine multiple task templates into a sequenced and reusable journey that you can apply to a listing in a single click. By turning your paper or spreadsheet checklists into dynamic and interactive steps within Box+Dice, you can remove the friction that comes from switching between the 'to-do list' in one place and the actual activity in Box+Dice. Each task can now be mapped to a Linked Action, with more than twenty options available such as adding files, inspections, or editing listing details. These action buttons are available in the Task Manager, in the Tasks tab on individual listings, and in our new Quick Tasks panel.

To help keep your team focused, the new Quick Tasks panel in the navigation sidebar provides a clear view of what is due today or overdue. You can even use the Add to My Queue feature to curate a personal list of tasks, which is perfect for covering for an absent colleague or prioritizing specific work for the days ahead.

Notifications Centre, keep up to date without relying on your email inbox 

When task reminders and automated system notifications can only be found in your team's email inboxes, it leads to missed messages and constant switching between Outlook and Box+Dice.

Our new Notifications Centre is the central location for all your important Box+Dice messages. You can quickly filter your view to Unread to see pending items or select Mark all as read when you’re ready for a clean slate.

Accessible from any page, the new notifications icon features a live 'unseen' count so you know at a glance if there are new events since you last opened the Notifications Centre. Clicking the icon slides out a dedicated panel containing your task and appointment Reminders, Direct messages (like My Contact category changes, Blast campaigns awaiting approval, etc), and Mentions.

'Mention' your colleagues within an appraisal, buyer, contact, or listing note by typing "@" followed by their name and selecting them from the drop down. When you've been mentioned by someone else, clicking the notification will take you straight to the note.

Lock File Visibility to Consultant Groups

To support your team's management of sensitive documents, and to prevent accidental sharing, users can now lock a listing file's visibility to members of a consultant group, so that only members of that group can open, download, or attach the file in emails.

Custom Fields for Listings, Appraisals, Contacts and more!

The health of your database, and the productivity of your teams, relies on consistent data entry. When key details can't be recorded in a standardised way, your team will inevitably improvise. This results in info becoming hard to find, difficult to search, and often incomplete.

You can now create your own Custom Fields for Contacts, Sales Appraisals, Sales Listings, Rental Appraisals, and Rental Listings. Field types include Date, Consultant picker, Text, Number, or dropdown menus. To help ensure high quality data, you have options to make a field mandatory and/or add help text tooltips to guide your team. You can filter by those fields in our search screens, and add them as columns when in Table view. All managed via a self service setting page in Settings > Custom Fields, while new ACL permissions ensure you have control over who can create/update/delete fields for your office group.

Custom Fields offer an adaptable and powerful way to capture the exact data your agency needs in the right format, instead of being buried in notes or shoehorned in the wrong place.

Things We’ve Improved

  • Rental Appraisal Requests submitted via REA are now being processed by Lead Flow, creating BDM Leads
  • Authorised users can now bulk add or remove Listing Tags via our Appraisal, Listing and Rental search screens
  • In Settings > General > SMS, we've added a new "SMS History" table:

  • A Listing File Approval/Expiry process and File visibility controls, to help maintain SOI Compliance and protect sensitive documents from being inadvertently attached to emails.
