Things We've Made
AML Safeguard - Prevent portal loading if Vendor AML is incomplete
We’ve introduced a new AML safeguard that can prevent a property from being portal loaded if the Vendor’s AML Check is incomplete. For clients using Box+Dice to push listings to portals, this creates a clear compliance checkpoint before a listing goes live online.
The new AML rules are a big change for agencies, and this feature will be the first in a broader set of AML safeguards available directly in Box+Dice, making compliance easier and providing confidence that important AML requirements are being met.
Matching criteria within Call Sheet.
We’ve added a new Matching Criteria tab to the Lead Flow Call Sheet, so users can now quickly view a contact’s existing criteria prior to making a call. We have heard from agents that discussing a prospects buying journey allows for an easy segway into understanding their selling jounrey. By surfacing Matching Criteria directly in the Call Sheet, agents can access this information without switching between screens, making conversations smoother and more efficient.
Notification Centre preferences
We’ve added notification preferences into our Notification Centre, letting each user choose how they want different notifications to be delivered. Available via the settings ‘cog’ icon within the Notification Centre, these preferences give users control over whether each notification type is received as Email + In-App, In-App only, or Muted.
Muted notifications will still show in Notification Centre but will be automatically marked as read, helping keep a record of activity in the background without interrupting your flow.
Consultant Activity Report
We’ve added a Consultant Activity Report that gives sales managers a clearer view of how often agents are engaging with their contacts, whether they’re keeping on top of their to-do lists, and how they’re tracking against financial goals.
This report includes key metrics for a given date range like Tasks Completed, Phone notes recorded and Commission Introduced, making it easier for sales managers to track the day-to-day activity and performance of their team.
Grouping Quick Tasks
We’ve introduced new grouping options in Quick Tasks, so incomplete tasks can now be grouped by Contact or Property, making it easier to review related tasks together, rather than scrolling through a single long list.
When tasks are grouped by Contact, results are organised by First name, then Due date, then Subject, with any tasks that don’t have a known contact appearing at the bottom. When grouped by Property, results are organised by Address, then Due date, then Subject, with tasks that don’t have a known property also appearing below the grouped results.
Commission Invoices Outstanding Report
We’ve introduced a new Commission Invoices Outstanding report in Accounting Reports, making it easier to track which commission invoices were still outstanding at a specific point in time.
Things We've Improved
- Allow users to re-assign Lead Flow tasks. It’s now easier to manage team changes and maintain continuity of Lead Flow follow-up, helping ensure the right consultant remains accountable for the task. Authorised users can now reassign Lead Flow tasks and the linked Lead Flow Lead to another consultant. When multiple tasks are selected, only eligible tasks will be reassigned. Tasks cannot be reassigned if the destination consultant does not have Lead Flow enabled, is not qualified to view the contact, or the current user does not have permission. This enhancement resolves the previous limitation where Lead Flow tasks could not be moved from one user to another.
- Improved visibility of Custom Fields. Instead of being hidden away within edit modals, in this release we’ve made Custom Fields more accessible. For Contacts, custom fields now appear under a new Other Details tab, and they now appear on the main tab of Appraisals, Sales Listings and Rentals. If an update is needed, authorised users will also see an edit icon alongside the section, making it easy to jump straight into the edit modal. This makes using custom fields more practical for your agency, and improves the experience for users who seek visibility of the information without having to navigate through edit modal.
'Linked Actions' for Contact and Appraisal Task Templates. We’ve introduced new Linked Actions for Contact and Appraisal Task Templates that guide your team exactly where they need to go for completing the task. Appraisal linked actions include: ‘Edit Appraisal’ and ‘Add File’, while Contact tasks can be linked to actions like ‘Add Phone Note’ and ‘Add New Matching Criteria’. Please note that Linked Actions for Contacts require the task to have a single task contact.
Task completion tickbox behaviour. We’ve refreshed the ‘tick a task to complete’ method, replacing the old tickboxes with a cleaner circular design that better signals what will happen when you click. This change is designed to remove the confusion caused by user ticking a task to select it even though clicking it actually completed the task. The updated design gives users clearer visual cues and helps agents work through their task lists with more confidence.
Things We're Working On
- Lead Flow Prospecting enhancements, including adding market insights into our Call Sheet.
- Integrating our AML module with MRI's 3rd party AML Provider partners, including configurable safeguard options like "Prevent entering Unconditional date if Vendor and Purchaser AML is incomplete."
- A Listing File Approval/Expiry process and File visibility controls, to help maintain SOI Compliance and protect sensitive documents from being inadvertently attached to emails.
- Assigning Task Workflow items to a Consultant Group, ie. the Finance team
- Enhancing 'Email Designer', our new drag and drop email template builder, including supporting older versions of Outlook.
- Natural Language filtering on the Contact Search screen
- Including Auto-Alerts into our Notifications Centre
