About Reasons to Call

Reason to Call notifications help agents identify who to reach out to next. These alerts appear on the Contacts Board view and Dashboard, providing timely prompts to engage with contacts based on their activity or relationship milestones.


Filter contacts by reasons to call

Use this filter to show contacts with a known reason to call or to narrow results to a specific reason/

To filter contacts with reasons to call:

  • Go to: Contacts
  • Under Filters, click Add filter item
  • Search for and select Reason to Call
  • Choose a condition:
    • is any of - filter by one or more specific reasons
    • is none of - exclude selected reasons
    • is known - show any contacts with at least one reason to call
    • is unknown - show contacts with no reason to call
  • Select reasons to call from the list:
    • Contact is added as a buyer to a listing
    • Contact attends an inspection
    • Listing is created
    • Listing is sold
    • Third party creates a lead
    • Sales activity for a similar property occurs
    • Purchase anniversary occurs
  • Click Apply to update the contact results

These reasons appear visually in board view as coloured cards, helping you quickly scan active contacts.

Tip: Use 'is known' to quickly see all contacts that currently have an engagement trigger, without selecting a specific reason.
