Overview

You can upload sold off-market property listings to realestate.com.au (REA) from Box+Dice.

REA allows these uploads at no cost, provided the listing is sent directly as a Sold listing rather than being published as an active listing first.

This allows you to record and publish sales results for properties that were sold privately or off market.

Before you upload the listing

Before sending the listing to REA, make sure the required sale details are added.

  • Go to: Sales > Listings
  • Select the relevant listing
  • Click the Sale Details tab
  • Click the pencil icon next to Sales details

  • Select the Sale Date
  • Enter the Sale Price

Note: If the sale price should not be publicly visible, you can mark the price as Undisclosed.
  • Click Save

Upload the sold listing to realestate.com.au

Once the required sale information is added, you can upload the listing.

  • Click the Listings Tabs
  • Navigate to the Portal Uploader screen
  • Click Manage Portals

  • Click the pencil Icon next to Web Portals
  • Search and select realestate.com.au (REA) as a portal
  • Click Add Campaign Items

  • Click the pencil icon next to REA portal

  • Set the Portal Status to Sold

  • Click Upload All

The listing will then be sent to REA as a sold off-market result.

Important: If the listing is uploaded with an Active or For Sale status instead of Sold, the portal may treat it as a standard listing, which could result in advertising charges depending on your portal agreement.
