About portal loading

Portal loading is the process of publishing and updating your property listings on external portals using Box+Dice as your listing uploader. Some steps need to be completed by you, while others are handled by the Box+Dice Support team.

Load listings on Realestate.com.au

Realestate.com.au now manages listing uploader and CRM changes directly through Ignite.
To change your listing uploader to Box+Dice, you must follow Realestate.com.au’s official process, which outlines how to:

  • Copy your existing listings to your new CRM
  • Have your new CRM match your listings to prevent duplicates
  • Switch over publishing access from your old CRM to your new one

Once you’ve completed the steps in Ignite, Realestate.com.au will coordinate directly with Box+Dice Support where required.

Once the listings have been imported, other Portals can be set up.

Load listings to Domain.com.au

Domain only require you to inform them that your bulk uploader will be Box+Dice.  It is advisable to let them know what date you plan to change over, this is usually 2 - 3 days after you contact Realestate.com.au.  

Once notified, Domain will then send support@boxdice.com.au a confirmation email that they're ready to accept a feed from Box+Dice. Box+Dice. We must receive this email before you can start using Box+Dice to upload your listings. We'll advise once this has been received and we've completed setting up your Domain web portal.

At this stage, Domain requires you to upload ALL of your active listings from Box+Dice and let them know once complete. During this period, they will redirect all listing uploads to a 'holding area' where they won't be processed yet. Once you advise them you've completed this step, they will complete all the ID matching on their side and finally turn on the integration. They'll then process all the uploads, and the changes will be updated online.

Load listings to Realestateview.com.au

Realestateview.com.au requires listing IDs to be matched before activating a feed from Box+Dice.

After you contact them, they will send support@boxdice.com.au a list of all listings and we will match the listings ID’s and send back the spreadsheet to them.  They will then confirm once they are ready to accept a feed from Box+Dice.

Load listings to other portals

Each portal has its own onboarding requirements. Most portals will contact Box+Dice directly once you’ve initiated setup.
After you contact them, they will contact us and let us know if listings need to be matched or not, and will confirm the Agent ID and or FTP username and password.  This is entered into the system by the Box+Dice support team.
