About bulk listing uploads 

Uploading listings in bulk allows you to send multiple properties to portals at the same time instead of uploading them individually. This is useful when launching multiple listings or updating several properties for marketing across web portals. 

Using the Portal Uploader, you can: 

  • Filter listings that need to be uploaded 
  • Assign portals to multiple listings 
  • Upload all selected listings in one action 

If the system detects an issue during the upload process, it will stop and highlight the listing that requires attention. 

Filter listings before uploading 

Before uploading listings to portals, use the Sales filters to locate the listings you want to upload. 

To filter listings:

  • Go to: Sales > Listings
  • Navigate to the Sales tab
  • Use the available filters to narrow down the listings you want to upload

  • Confirm the filtered results display only the listings you want to send to portals

Select portals for each listing

Once your listings are filtered, you can open the Portal Uploader to manage the bulk upload by selecting the portal for each listing.  

To open the Portal Uploader:

  • Select all filtered listings

  • Click Portal Uploader

The Portal Uploader screen will open, showing all listings included in your filtered results.

Note: If a listing does not appear in the bulk listing portal loading screen, check that web portals have been added in the Advertising Campaign or Manage Portals screen, and that the listing has been ticked before clicking Upload to Portals. If the listing still cannot be found, raise a support ticket for assistance.
  • Click on Web Portals next to each individual listing

  • Select the portals you wish to load to

  • Click Add Campaign Items

Upload listings to portals

After selecting portals for each listing, you can start the bulk upload process.

To upload listings:

  • Click Upload All in the top-right corner of the screen

The system will begin uploading each listing to the selected portals.

  • Monitor the uploader for any messages or errors
