About trademe.co.nz portal loading

Listings can be uploaded from Box+Dice to Trade Me using the portal uploader.

Before uploading to the portal for the first time, you must authorise the connection between Box+Dice and your Trade Me account. This authorisation is completed once through the staff profile and allows Box+Dice to send listing data to the portal.

After the connection is authorised, listings can be uploaded directly from the Portal Uploader within each listing.

Authorise your trademe.co.nz account

When uploading to trademe.co.nz for the first time, you must verify your Trade Me account.

This authorisation only needs to be completed once per staff member.

To authorise your trademe account:

• Go to: Sales > Listings
• Search and select the listing in Box+Dice
• Scroll to the Portal Uploader section
• Click Manage Portals

• Select trademe as the portal
• Set the Portal Status to Current

• Select the portal 
• Click Yes

• Click Upload

A portal authorisation message will appear.

• A new browser tab will open
• Log in to your Trade Me account
• Confirm the connection between Trade Me and Box+Dice

Once authorised, the connection will remain active for future uploads.

Configure pricing for trademe.co.nz listings

The display price for Trade Me listings is taken from the Vendor Price field in the listing information page in Box+Dice.

This value must be entered as a numeric value.

To control how the price appears on the portal, you must select the correct listing type, which determines the pricing method used by Trade Me.
