About commercial listing uploads

Set the correct property type

Commercial property listings have specific requirements when being uploaded to portals. Setting the Property Type correctly and understanding portal-specific rules ensures that your listings are processed and displayed correctly online.

Australian portals such as realestate.com.au and domain.com.au have dedicated commercial sub-sites:

  • realcommercial.com.au (via domain.com.au)
  • commercialrealestate.com.au (via realestate.com.au)

You do not need to create separate portal entries for these sub-sites, but your subscription must include commercial listings to upload successfully.

Set the correct property type

Before uploading, verify the property type matches the listing type.

For Sales Listings
  • Go to: Sales > Listings
  • Search and select the relevant listing
  • Click Edit

  • Select the correct Commercial Property Type

For Rental Listings
  • Go to: Rentals > Listings
  • Search and select the relevant listing
  • Click the pencil icon next to Rental Listing

  • Select the Commercial Rental Type

Note: realcommercial.com.au does not support inspection times for commercial listings.

Project Profiles on realcommercial.com.au are a specific type of commercial listing where inspection times can be added.
