The XML file is the data feed sent from Box+Dice (or your listing system) to property portals. It contains all listing information, including property details, inspection times, images, floor plans, and pricing.
Accessing this file allows you to:
- Verify that updates such as OFI times have been included
- Confirm what data was transmitted before contacting portal support
- Troubleshoot portal display issues independently
Access the XML file
You can view and download the XML file yourself if you have the appropriate access level in the listing system.
To view the XML feed:
- Go to: Sales > Listings
- Search and select the listing you want to check
- Scroll to Portal Uploader
- Click Manage Portals
- Click Logs
- Find the log entry you want to review
- Click Download XML
The downloaded XML file will show all fields and values sent to the portal at the time of that upload, including OFI times, images, floor plans, and pricing details.
