Property features are attributes used to describe a property, such as heating, outdoor features, or sustainability features. When entered correctly in VaultRE, selected features are automatically sent to realestate.com.au (REA).
REA uses these features to power property filters and search results. Only specific feature groups are recognised by REA, which means features entered outside these groups may not display or be searchable.
Features that do not display on REA
Features entered under Property Other Features are not recognised by REA.
