Property notes are used to record and manage important information related to a property. These notes can include general comments, inspection details, listing information, or tenant‑specific details.
Using property notes helps ensure relevant information is stored in a central location and is easily accessible to anyone viewing the property record.
Add notes to a property
Use these steps to add a note to a property record.
- Select the relevant Property
- On the property details screen, click inside the Notes text field
- Enter the Note
- (Optional) Tag contacts, consultants or properties in your notes using @, for example @kylie aden
- Select the appropriate note type:
- General
- Chattels
- Description
- Inspection details
- Listing note
- Tenant details
- Click Add a note to save
Note: Notes can be marked as Important. Important notes appear in red and are displayed at the top of the property screen for greater visibility.
