About property other features
The available Property Features are preconfigured to match the features supported by portals such as realestate.com.au and domain.com.au. Because these features align with portal requirements, they cannot be modified.
If you need to record additional property attributes that are not included in the predefined list, you can create Property Other Features.
Property Other Features are not searchable on property portals. However, they are displayed beneath the advertisement copy when published to supported portals.
Add or manage property other features
To add a property other feature:
- Go to: Settings > Properties > Property Other Features
- Click + Add property feature
- Enter the Property Other Feature Name
- Click Save
To manage an existing feature:
- Select an existing feature to edit or remove it from your system
Portal validation requirements
The otherFeatures element allows you to list notable property features that are not available within the predefined feature lists. Features are entered as plain text and separated by commas.
A maximum of 100 characters is accepted for the otherFeatures value.
