Occasionally, especially when property data has been imported, an address may be invalid or incomplete.
- The address may be rejected when loading to web portals

Edit a property address
Follow the steps below to update a property address.
- Go to: Properties
- Search for and open the property record
- Click the Edit icon at the top‑right of the screen
- Update the address details as required
- Click Save
Note: Updating the address on the Property screen automatically updates all areas where the record appears, including Contacts and Inspections.
Republish to web portals
After correcting the address, the property may need to be pushed to web portals again.
- Confirm the updated address has saved correctly
- Republish the listing to the required portals
