Learn how to send emails using Library Templates, customise the message before sending, and understand how marketing permissions affect delivery.
Library Template emails can be sent to one or multiple contacts directly from a contact search.
All emails sent using templates are automatically recorded in each contact’s history.
To send a Library template email:
- Go to: Contact
- Search and select the contact or contacts you want to email
- Click the Email icon
- Toggle Use Library Template on
- Select an Email Template from the dropdown list
- Include Contact(s) with a relationship &/or generate separate emails for each client (Optional)
- Enter a Subject line
- Click Preview to review the email
- Make any edits or add attachments (this won’t change the template)
- Click Send
Any edits you make only apply to the email being sent and won’t update the saved Library Template.
Note: Emails marked as Marketing won’t be sent to contacts who don’t have Email permission enabled on their contact card.
