Overview
Consultant signatures are managed in the staff profile and linked to Library letter templates using consultant fields.
Once set up, the signature pulls from the listing consultant and staff profile automatically.
Set up a consultant letter signature
You must first create the signature in the consultant’s staff profile.
To add a letter signature:
- Go to: More > Staff
- Open the relevant consultant’s staff profile
- Under Staff Signatures, click the + icon
- Select Letter Signature as the signature type
- Enter the signature details
- Click Save
Note: Only signatures saved as Letter Signature can be used in Library letters.
Add the signature to a library letter template
Once the signature is set up, add it to the letter template.
To insert the letter signature field:
- Open the letter template in the Library
- From Categories, select Consultant Fields
- From Bookends, choose the relevant Listing Consultant (e.g. Listing Consultant 1, 2, or 3)
- From Fields, double‑click Letter Signature
- Click Insert
- Click Save & Close to save the template
When the letter is generated:
- The consultant’s Letter Signature automatically populates
- The information is pulled from the listing and the staff profile
Tip: Make sure the correct consultant is assigned to the listing, otherwise the signature may not appear.
