Schedule a message
You can schedule your messages to be sent automatically at a future date and time, so you can plan campaigns or follow up with contacts outside business hours.
To schedule an SMS or email:
- Go to: Contacts
- Search for the contact in the Contact's screen/filter
- Tick the box beside the contact’s name and Click the SMS icon or,
- Click the contact’s mobile number
This will open the SMS composition window.
- Enter your message in the SMS window
- Tick Send later to schedule the message for a future date and time
- Enter your preferred Date and Time
- Tick Skip quiet hours (optional)
- Click Send to schedule your message
Quiet hours restrictions
Box+Dice restricts SMS sending during quiet hours (9:00 PM to 8:00 AM). Messages sent or scheduled during this time are held until 8:00 AM, and you’ll receive a warning if you try to send them. This is a system-wide setting and cannot be changed for individual offices.
However, if you use the Send Later function, you can select ‘Skip Quiet Hours' to send the message immediately, even during restricted hours.
