About SMS credit notifications
Once your Box+Dice SMS facility is set up, you can configure notifications to avoid running out of credit. By adding an email address and a trigger amount, the system will send reminder emails when your balance falls below the specified threshold.
Configure SMS credit notifications
- Go to: Settings > General > SMS
- Select the Office for which you want to configure notifications
- Enter the Notification amount that will trigger the email
- Enter the email address that will receive reminders when the threshold is reached
- Click Save
Note: A notification will be sent when the credit drops below the threshold, and again every 24 hours if the credit remains below the threshold, until the account is topped up.
